Кто нибудь шарит в html и css: как прописать путь к изображению, что бы оно корректно отображалось на странице. Определить координаты активной области, разметки. Возможность подстраиваться под разные разрешения дисплеев встраивать аудио и видио с возможностью загрузки файла и выводить в сплывающем окне при увеличении.

Нужно для лабораторной работы.

<a HREF="http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tier_1_Group">T1G </a>is dedicated to providing the highest level of training across the operational spectrum.
The term Special Mission Unit or Special Missions Unit <a HREF="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_Mission_Unit"> SMU </a> , is used to describe some elite special operations forces around the world.
The term has been applied to the Australian Defence Force's Special Air Service Regiment and four United States special operations forces units.
Special mission units have been involved in high profile military operations such as the death of Osama Bin Laden and capture of Saddam Hussein.</p>

"Tier One are "black" elements, which are national-level assets that
comprise the highest level on the United States Special Operations
Command spectrum and National Command Authority. The chain of command
for these units bypasses traditional military bureaucracy, and they will

Secretary. These units are the most selective, with acceptance rates
of 10 to 15 percent and include the US Army's secretive Delta Force
and the US Navy's counterpart DEVGRU.The Army's Intelligence
Support Activity, and the US Air Force's 24th Special Tactics Squadron
are Tier One intelligence and support elements.These are the
black side of the Special Operations community, and fall under the Joint

1-й оперативный отряд Специального Назначения «Дельта» — (общеизвестен как англ. 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta (1st SFOD-D), Delta Force , позже переименован в англ. Combat Applications Group (CAG), ныне именуется англ. Army Compartmented Elements (ACE)) , организованный Министерством обороны США, как подразделение специального назначения и существенный элемент USSOCOM.
Задания для Delta Force заключаются в борьбе с терроризмом, народными восстаниями, национальным вмешательством, хотя эта группа также направлена на исполнение секретных заданий, включающих, но не ограниченных спасением мирных граждан и вторжением.
