Обратите внимание на последние строчки: Ро спрашивают про RAB'а, а она отвечает про Регулуса. Заодно и с Драко его сравнивает.
Далее, логика. О хоркруксах мало кто знает - значит, скорее всего RAB из древней семьи, с богатой магической библиотекой, в т.ч. с книгами по тёмной магии. RAB обращается в записке "Тёмный Лорд" - значит, он из УпСов. RAB говорит, что будет скоро мёртв - Регулус погиб в 79 году. Инициалы - R.A.B. = Regulus A. Black. Среднее имя (то, которое A.) обычно даётся так же из семьи - в семье Блеков есть, например, Арктурусы (смотрим
дерево Блеков), так что Regulus Arcturus Black - очень вероятный вариант.
В общем, Регулус подходит абсолютно по всем пунктам. Все остальные кандидатуры подходят куда меньше.
